HOW MUCH IS MY PLAN?
While this is the most common question we get asked, the initial answer is always the same. We don’t know…yet! We need to understand more about you: your condition and how it’s affecting your life; your goals; your successes and failures; how prepared you are to make the changes necessary to be successful and reach Optimal Health. As much as we’d like to tell you right now, we just can’t. We need all the pieces to figure out the puzzle.
WILL YOU WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE?
We strive to work with you so you can get all the care and education you need to achieve Optimal Wellness. We offer morning and late afternoon classes to ensure everyone has a chance to get the information they need to make changes. We know everyone has a busy schedule and we do our best to accommodate you.
HOW LONG ARE THE PLANS?
This is the second most common question we hear. Again, the answer is difficult without all the pieces in place. Generally speaking, our plans run from several months up to one year, depending on the person’s health at the beginning of the plan. We won’t know what you need until we do a full evaluation of your conditions, determine your goals, evaluate your medications effectiveness, etc. Every patient is different. That’s why we customize every plan to meet your particular goals and needs. This is what sets our plans apart from so many other programs.
WHEN SHOULD I START SEEING RESULTS?
If you’re like others following our plan, you’ll start seeing results within the first two weeks. We’ve had weight loss, lower blood sugars, lower blood pressure, better sleep and better digestion within days of starting the plan. While we can’t guarantee any results, we can state that most people notice a difference almost right away.
