People often report that they don’t feel their best when traveling. This makes sense! Traveling is hard on you and your body! You pack yourself into a cramped space for long periods of time, you get out of your routine, often nutrition suffers, and most people just aren’t feeling awesome when traveling. It doesn’t matter if it is for business or leisure, having a plan in place before you go is a great step to staying on top of your game!

Today we are going to address movement! Trainer Andy Adams (BS, NSCA-CSCS)  designed a workout that you can do while on the road! He recommends using a challenging weight that allows you to complete all the repetitions. Remember to stretch often and get moving when you can.
